Hi guys,

It's been a long time since I was in this forum so how is everyone?

Some of you may remember me from when I asked for pro looking product images and a logo design for my business, DansRollies.co.uk. The quality of work was amazing so i'm back again, this time looking for a vinyl banner for my newly opened stall in the coventry retail market.

Specs are as follows:
"Full Bleed Size (starting document size)
1824mm x 767mm
5385 x 2265 pixels
* Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results.
Document Trim Size (final size after being cut)
1817mm x 762mm
5365 x 2250 pixels
* Please be sure to keep all text within the safe margin.
Resolution
75 DPI"

My logo needs to be the main feature, I will email you the .psd and .jpg versions should you wish to undertake the job. My main idea at present is to have a rasta flag as the background, bright colours are a must to draw people over in the busy market. The main items that I sell are: rolling papers,...

hi,
you didn't mention anything about a webpage earlier...

and start thinking to me that there a few more detail you should mention
in order for us to understand exactly what you need...

so i am guessing at this point what you need... plus not that great on web design.

sort of guessing here.... as far as webpage....
1. you would put a background image , in email call it stationary.. not sure what they calli it in webpage design
in this case it would be maybe the frame....
2. then you would put in a forground transparen image of the head
and you can then place the headshot anywhere you want ie: to where it overlaps
the frame part...

Rich Content PDF

I would like to use the option "Rich Content PDF", from PS CS4, when I send
different solution to costumers.
But I can't get it work!
I've copied the file from the extra folder, so I have the option when I print.
But the result is a PDF whithout layers.
I have no problems when I export a Rich Content PDF from AutoCad.
Is there anyone that have had the same problem and can come up with a solution?

According to your information, it seems to be a good game to try. But I think you should provide some images or screenshots about this game, it will make your writing much more interesting

In my opinion, GOW3 will become the PS3 Best Game of 2010. Although it contains many violent scenes, we can't deny that the gameplay and graphic are really AWESOME

Jquery collapsible div issue - please help!

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with a jquery collapsible div script that I found on the net.

My problem is that it the div expands when I click the expand image/link but it won't collapse again after that.

There are a few other divs inside the div that I am collapsing that are set to float:left in css and when I take that away it works. Even putting before the div that needs to collapse works but none of these are a solution. I would really like to get to the bottom of this.

jpg does not support transparency...
you need to use a format like gif or png or tif ...

i may get long winded on this... sorry smiling...

thanks, orginall i was looking if there was any settings in the normal pdf save that would do that... but didn't find any but came across the presentation...
now i have seen it before in the menu but never gave it a 2nd thought what it was
but now looking at it closely because of his question.. it a nice little... feature..

to me it really no different than making a animated gif except animated gif limited
to 256 colors and with that pdf presentation... you can have 16 millions colors..
it very hand for making a nice simple slide show..

note: possible strong advantage in using ps to save pdf... is that not only do you save a psd with all of it layers... but also vector info.... that for just the normal pdf file... with the presentation not sure need alittle more reasearch

now if presentation doesn't fit his needs... then i am thinking he needs to go to a 3rd party pdf creator program .. there are some low cost shareware programs...

Hi to all.

I would really be grateful for some help with my VB6 app. I'm tearing my hair out here!

Basically, I have an application that calls the GetPixel API every ten seconds on a timer control.

When I first start the application, it returns the colour of the pixel immediately. After doing it about 30-40 times, the time it takes to return the information reduces considerably. After 100 times I'm waiting 6 seconds. After 200 times I'm waiting 11 seconds.

But, if I shut down the application, and run it again, it returns the pixel colour immediately. Of course, the more it is done the slower it gets.

I've tried using DoEvents, but it doesn't really help.

Anyone have any ideas?
